Twenty years experience in loft conversions has seen over 1500 plans drawn, each representing a successful project completed.
Apart from the design itself, it is crucial to have a smooth liason with structural engineers, the Local Authority and building contractors, to achieve a 'seamless process' throughout the project.
Some aspects of our service are:-
Structural Design
Working closely with a structural engineer, full beam specifications are incorporated into every plan
Building Regulations
Full Building Regulations are obtained on every design, typically in under 8 weeks from submission.
Planning Permission
Where required we will liase with the local planning department and obtain full planning permission first of all.
